Fremantle Travel Services will provide you with a booking and advisory service. This allows you to acquire a travel product from a third party supplier. We are the Agent and not the travel provider.
Making a reservation with Fremantle Travel Services, you agree that you have read and understood all our terms and conditions provided to you and relating to your itinerary.
Once funds are paid to us , they are forwarded to the third party supplier. The third party travel provider is liable to you for the travel product. They may withdraw the service or offer at any time. Therefore as an Agent we are not liable to you for a breach of obligations by the provider in providing the product purchased. The third party provider is liable to you for breach in providing you with their product.
Pricing:
Prices are correct as at 21 August 21 but may fluctuate if surcharges, fees, taxes or currency change. Please check all prices, availability and other information before booking. Room upgrades and late check-outs are subject to availability unless otherwise stated. Bookings must be made direct with Fremantle Travel Services. Offers can be withdrawn without notice and are not combinable with any other offers unless stated. Package is subject to room and tour availability
Cancellation Policy:
After receiving written confirmation from Fremantle Travel Services the following cancellation policies apply:
In the event of a force majeure event making it impossible to travel due to lockdown or travel restrictions which effects your reservation we will fully refund all monies paid to Fremantle Travel Services
Cancellation fee for any purpose other than force majeure incurs a $50.00 cancellation processing fee per booking

Hotel check out time 10.00am
Late checkout to midday free of charge subject to availability. Check in prior to 3pm is subject to availability
Blackout dates: 31 December 2021 & 25 & 26 January 2022

Package inclusions:
Large executive style room, 43 square metres, with either a King bed or 2 x Double beds. Exclusive lift access to Club lounge is also included, where a complimentary light breakfast and evening drinks & canapes are served daily. All rooms are located on the top two floor of the hotel. Maximum 4 passengers per room

Booking conditions:
Swan Valley Tours reserves the right to cancel daily tours due to insufficient bookings being received. If this occurs a refund of $65.00 pp will refunded.
Cancellation fees:
Daily Coach Tours 100% within 24 hours. Cruise Tours 100% within 72 hours. This applies to No Shows on the day due to incorrect booking dates.
Every effort is made to provide the best touring experience, but no liability is accepted for any illness, injury, delay, inconvenience, loss or damage whilst on tour.
Please note that in accordance of the Liquor Licensing Act 119(4)(a) no alcohol is permitted to be consumed on the vehicle. Wine bought during the course of your tour will be kept in a safe place and handed back when you disembark at the end of tour.
Swan Valley Tours is a responsible host. Please be aware that the venues also have a duty of care to all guests and will not accept anti-social behaviour. They have the right to exercise their discretion not to allow entry and/or not to serve individuals or groups alcohol and/or to ask people to leave their premises.
If you are boarding an afternoon cruise Captain Cook Cruises will refuse the boarding of intoxicated passengers, rather than take the liability of them causing disruption to other passengers on board. Should any passenger be refused boarding onto the boat, that passenger will be responsible for their own transport from Sandalford Winery since that will be the conclusion of their tour.
Lost Property will be disposed of thoughtfully after 7 days post tour if we are not contacted by owner .
